Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 was established on 22/07/1986. Initially it was a primary school with class I to V, every class had two sections. Mr.L.R.Patil was the first Principal RADM. R.V.Singh(AVSM) was the first Chairman of this Vidyalaya.The Vidyalaya grew over the years. The first batch of X class passed out from the school in year 1992. In the year 2006 science stream was introduced this year, and commerce stream in 2008.First Batch of Class XII passed out from the vidyalaya in the year 2008.
